Ian has structured property investments and managed ultra-high-net-worth portfolios for a £29 billion wealth manager. He played a key role in a £2 billion workout of the DeVere Hospitality Group in collaboration with Lloyds Banking Group, and has worked with a private-equity group growing long-dated income strategies.
Having successfully built and exited a diverse portfolio, Ian is now rebuilding through ISL Capital. As founding partner, he is dedicated to creating long-term income investments by partnering with private and institutional capital. His work spans a variety of income-backed strategies, with particular emphasis on healthcare and other resilient, cash-flowing assets.
